Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to be responsible for engaging with customers by building and preserving trusting relationships.
Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers, and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers

- * Managing post-booking customer services till the delivery /possession stage
- * Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress
- * Should handle the concerns of customers & requirements by creating support & coordination between Sales Rep & Customer.
- * Handling Collection of monthly installments and dues from the clients. (Demands, Reminders, Penal Notice, )
- * Monitoring collection for all the projects.
- * Handling Payment Receipts, Allotment Letters, Builder Buyer
- * Agreement Generation Possession Related Formalities
- * Planning & Coordination Agreement for the Sale Registration process.
- * Provide project information & construction update to customers as per request.
- * Handling customer grievances - Related to payment issues, Loan process issues, customization in unit issues, and possession & clearance formality issues.
- * Coordinating with the team for due & pending installments, collection Updating, processing, & Filling of all documents.
- * Ensure a smooth possession process and solve clients' queries with the coordination of the engineering department.
- * Coordinating with customers for their sales documentation & loan process.
- * All Project Agreement Preparation, Execution of Agreement
- * Arrangement of Registration.
